Not the sexiest meal, right? I whipped up some fried rice with what I had:
lentils I sprouted then steamed briefly
cabbage from Terry’s Produce in Emory
a bit of soy sauce at finish
The cabbage worked better than I would have thought.
The remainder of the cabbage went into pint jars with vinegar. One of the jars got red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. The other got a squirt of sriracha. Woo hoo!
Threw them in the fridge and will check on them in a week or two.
