Picked up potatoes, cabbage, and zukes from the Farmer’s Market just off 19/69 in Emory (sorry, can’t remember the name).
Steamed potatoes for 9 minutes, heated a olive/canola oil mix in large pan.
Cooked down 1/2 onion.
Added potatoes and zukes, cooked until browned on the edges.
Added sliced cabbage and 3 (!) cloves of garlic. Cooked long enough to cook down the cabbage but not burn the garlic.
Paired with late-vintage Lone Star Beer and s4e8 of Downton Abbey streamed from PBS on the roku.
